Janet was born in Jamaica and uses her immigrant journey, as well as the wisdom gained from 25 years in the legal field, as an attorney and administrative law judge to inspire audiences to embrace their unique talents and grow into greatness. She is the author of 4 books that are focused on empowering women and children.  Her most sought after books are Growing into Greatness with God (Teens and Young Adults) and Island Mindfulness: How to Use the Transformational Power of Mindfulness to Create an Abundant Life (Empowerment). 

Through lectures and courses, she gives participants a toolkit for living with greater presence, purpose, and peace, leaving them better equipped to face life's challenges with resilience, enjoy deeper, more meaningful relationships, and lead lives that are aligned with their deepest values and aspirations.
